I'm so excited to offer the Embodied Abundance workshop again, with Debbie Chen, Holistic Wealth Coach!
Register here for our 2.5 hour virtual workshop.
The event focuses on the vital connection between our bodies and our financial well-being. It highlights how stress, trauma, and limiting beliefs can disrupt this connection, leading to a lack of trust in ourselves and hindering our ability to make financially sound decisions.
The workshop offers participants a journey of self-discovery and empowerment through guided visualization and practical tools.
Attendees can expect to:
Explore the physical manifestations of stress, overwhelm, and burnout in their bodies, uncovering the hidden messages these symptoms hold about their relationship with money.
Recognize patterns of distraction and numbing activities that negatively impact financial well-being. Through awareness, participants will learn to interrupt and transform these patterns, creating space for mindful decision-making.
Identify and reshape limiting money stories that may be influencing their financial reality. By recognizing and reframing these narratives, attendees can cultivate a healthier money mindset.
Learn practical techniques to reconnect with their bodies during moments of scarcity mindset, serving as anchors for embodied awareness in everyday life.
Overall, the workshop aims to help participants cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust, develop an abundant mindset, and create a life aligned with their authentic selves.
Testimonials -
"This workshop was everything I expected and beyond. It perfectly balanced meditation, information, experience sharing and embodiment practice. Both Jen and Debbie were 100% authentic and their level of authenticity helped create a safe space for every participant to share what is in their mind & heart openly. I particularly enjoyed the embodiment practice, and after a week, I am still using the tips & takeaways in my daily routine. The workshop also helped me not only understand where I am with my money mindset and where I want to go next, but also focus on "how"."
Merve, One Brave Space
"Debbie and Jen are awesome coaches who share a common language of Co-Active coaching. While they have commonalities, their characters also have contrasting elements, which also syncs with incredible harmony. Their presence gave me a rich experience and a diverse range of perspectives.
In the workshop, it was rich to understand the mindsets of different states and also enjoying the sensations of the body. Their approach (do-ing) and presence (be-ing) encouraged us participants to confront their essence and savor the present moment. The time spent being authentic was delightful and it resonated with the potential for new insights and personal growth how to partner with money mindset along with the body.
I would recommend this workshop to those who are seeking to be open minded and seeking a balance between reality and honesty."
