Raindrop Movement™ Classes

Embodied Movement - A Return to the Body

The Invitation -

Step into an online space, designed with intention to help you slow down, move gently, and arrive back in your body.

Through guided breath and somatic movement, you’re invited to turn your attention inward, release tension, and let go of what no longer serves you, allowing your body’s wisdom to guide you toward greater aliveness and a deeper connection to yourself.

Come as you are. This space is here to support your return to presence, embodiment, and connection with yourself and others.

About Raindrop Movement™

Raindrop Movement™ was founded by Nada Mesqui and offers a gentle, trauma informed, somatic pathway back to the body.  The practice unfolds in a gentle, intentional arc:

  • Slowing down — settling into your body and the present moment

  • Inner listening — tuning in to sensations, breath, and movement

  • Surrender — allowing body wisdom emerge and be witnessed

Through this sequence, even subtle movements become ritual — restoring presence, clarity, and a sense of renewal.

Disclaimer for the Raindrop Movement™ Practice

Please read the following to ensure this container aligns with your current emotional and mental capacity.

Welcome to Raindrop Movement, a feminine embodiment practice devoted to reconnecting you with your body, intuition, and inner safety.  This space is crafted with deep care and integrity.

Trauma Awareness & Scope of Practice:

  • This class may include practices that evoke emotional, somatic, or energetic responses —such as breathwork, sound, movement, or inner inquiry.

  • While designed to foster safety, expansion, and empowerment, this is not a clinical or therapeutic environment, nor is it appropriate for acute trauma processing or severe mental health crises.

  • If you are currently navigating acute trauma, severe anxiety or depression, PTSD, or are under psychiatric care, we lovingly suggest you consult your mental health provider before participating.

Resourcing & Choice:

  • You are always invited to move at your own pace, rest, pause, or opt out of any practice at any time.

  • You are the ultimate authority over your body and experience. Your “no” is sacred here.

  • We encourage you to have supportive tools nearby (water, blanket, grounding object) and to check in with your nervous system before and during the class.

Our Commitment:

  • We hold this space with devotion to safety, dignity, and deep respect for all expressions of womanhood.

  • Our intention is not to bypass discomfort, but to meet it with resourced presence.

  • Feedback is welcome and valuable, and will be received with open-hearted reflection.

By entering this class, you are consenting to:

  • Engage in embodied practices at your own discretion and responsibility.

  • Honor your nervous system's needs.

  • Take breaks or reach out for support if needed.

If this feels like a supportive step for you today — we welcome you with love.
